• Perform chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Support production teams by identifying and resolving process-related quality issues.
• Develop, validate, and implement analytical testing methods for new or existing products.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare accurate technical documentation, including test results, protocols, and reports.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with internal quality standards and industry regulations.
• Maintain chemical inventories and uphold laboratory safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support lab operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Chemistry or a related field
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficient in Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Gas Chromatography (GC)
• Familiarity with color, odor, and pH testing of raw materials and finished products
• Experience with analytical method development and validation
