Responsibilities

• Conduct talent acquisition and recruiting processes to identify and attract top candidates.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with potential hires and assess their fit for the organization.
• Manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Provide bilingual support to candidates and team members as needed, enhancing customer service interactions.
