Join our Cold Spring, MN Teal's Market team as a Caribou Barista. We are looking for associates for evening and weekend shifts who can ensure a friendly, enthusiastic culture and deliver a superior coffee experience to our customers. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and community involvement, and seek a candidate who shares these values.

Evening Shifts- 3 pm or 4 pm start time- shifts ends at 7pm
Weekend shifts - Morning and evenings available 

About the Caribou Associate:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and friendly associate who is passionate about providing a friendly store atmosphere. The Caribou associate is responsible for upholding Teal's Market Core values while assisting guests with beverage and food orders.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and entering their orders into the register.
• Brew, mix, and blend beverages according to set standards. 
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines. 
• Knowledgeable about all product offerings and answering customers' questions.
• Will be expected to operate all machines in the coffee shop and know and understand the recipes of the beverages.

Qualifications:

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations. The duties of this position may change from time to time.
