Job Description

We’re actively hiring motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing Customer Service Team! This entry-level role is perfect for those looking to launch a purpose-driven career in the nonprofit sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for donors, supporters, and community members

  • Communicate nonprofit mission statements, goals, and initiatives clearly and passionately

  • Build strong relationships to drive donor engagement and public awareness

  • Assist with planning and executing local outreach campaigns and fundraising events

  • Represent nonprofit partners at community events, street teams, and public activations

  • Maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate attitude at all times

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Genuine interest in social impact, public service, or nonprofit work

  • Outgoing, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning and growth

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, public-facing environments

  • No prior experience required – paid training provided

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
