HF Sinclair is seeking a Director Capital Projects based in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will oversee multiple aspects and activities of the Project Management Organization. Including scope development, estimating, engineering, management & execution of capital projects.
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their superior, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.
A minimum of 10 years of on-the-job experience is required.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical or Engineering related field, is required. Significant experience in Project and Construction Management & Execution will be considered.
Preferred Education
A Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, and/or Technical Discipline.
Advanced ability to lead and direct the work of other associates. Advanced spreadsheet, CAD, database and word processing applications knowledge; Strong interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills; ability to develop quality controls and read and assess statistical and operational reports. Advanced reading and writing skills, ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations. Ability to effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal communication.
Responsible for the oversight and direction of three direct reports and approximately twelve indirect employees plus third-party service providers.
