What You'll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Impact): Represent clients with the IRS in audits, negotiations, and settlements. Secure wage and bank levy releases. Guide clients through settlement offers, installment plans, and Fresh Start Programs. Be the trusted expert who brings peace of mind in the middle of financial chaos. ✅What We're Looking For: ~ Active  Enrolled Agent License (required). ~1+ years of hands-on experience in tax resolution or representation. ~ Strong knowledge of IRS Fresh Start Programs and resolution strategies. ~ Confident communicator with both clients and the IRS. ~ Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Your Mission Includes: Contacting the IRS to obtain transcripts and reports. Preparing and analyzing financials to determine the best resolution path. Filing and managing cases like: Offer in Compromise Currently Not Collectible (CNC) & Partial Pay Installments Lien Subordination/Release Audit Reconsideration Fresh Start Programs Why Work With Guardian Tax?
