Job Title: Facilities Project Manager
Location: Birmingham, Alabama
Type: 13 month Contract
Compensation: $40.00 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid
Hours: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, 8:00am-5:00pm. Candidate
must be willing to come in the office 4 days a week.

Facilities Project Manager on a 13 month contract position located in Birmingham, AL.
Facilities Project Manager Responsibilities: - Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of facility-related projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient utilization of resources, adherence to timelines, and successful project outcomes.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Allocate resources (personnel, materials, equipment) effectively to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers.
- Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly. Qu

- Conduct inspections and address deficiencies.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any changes.
Facilities Project Manager Requirements: - 0 - 5 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Prior experience in project management, preferably in facilities or construction.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
