Job Description

Snider-Blake is in need of 1st and  2nd Shift Industrial Painters  for our client in the  East Cle/Euclid area . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and applying industrial coatings to various surfaces, ensuring quality standards and durability. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety regulations in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and apply industrial coatings using spray guns, rollers, and other application methods.
• Ensure proper thickness, adhesion, and finish quality of applied coatings.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment, spray booths, and ventilation systems.
• Follow safety protocols and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Perform touch-ups, repairs, and rework as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, project timelines, and coating processes.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, new coatings technology, and safety regulations.
