Description PURPOSE Graphic Designers are responsible for developing and implementing graphic design concepts for digital marketing, new product programs, advertising, signage, literature, and tradeshow materials. In addition, this position will follow brand templates to maintain the integrity of client-approved concepts from inception to final art.
POSITION ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING KEY RESULTS - Performs key job duties while upholding the Company's Mission & Guiding Principles.
- Collaborate with the brand and design teams to ensure creative requests exceed expectations by adhering to brand standards while reflecting current market trends.
- Design work includes, but is not limited to advertising, new product/program development, packaging, signage, tradeshow materials, and literature.
- Follow through on the production of new products and new product packaging. Includes proofing, following QC procedures, and resolving issues as they arise with product vendors.
- Maintain exceptional knowledge and understanding of internal brands, consumer base, competitors, trends, colors, and technology.
- Communicate with team members to ensure the concept is within the approved brand guidelines.
- Facilitate strong communication with the client to resolve issues promptly.
- Support the ideation of brand and category philosophy, strategy, and growth.
- Meet or beat deadline requirements.
- Execute all other duties assigned to support the future growth and success of iLoveToCreate.

TALENT PROFILE - Maintain a strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals and a keen eye for visual details, including color theory, typography, proportion, scale, layout, and visual presentations.
- Able to articulate (visual, oral, written, email) concepts and ideas so that the client clearly understands the design recommendations during formal and informal presentations.
- Manage time and resources to meet and beat deadlines while maintaining clear communication with the team regarding project needs.
- Possess expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Disk Tracker.
- Work independently and with other Designers, Crafters, Copywriters, and Photographers to ensure project success.
- Strong ability to process, manage and manipulate raw camera data and digital imagery for design and packaging use.
- Able to convert artwork from working form to finalized, appropriate file formats for specific print purposes.
- Ability to upload files to print & assemble proof materials.
- Possess working knowledge of file transfer protocols for file upload to vendors' sites.

Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - 4-year college Degree in Graphic Design/Communication, Art or Advertising with studies in color theory, illustration, web design, and use of graphic applications.
- 5+ years experience in a graphic designer role (or the equivalent)
- Print design experience a must. Experience in the creative industry is a plus.

- Equipment: EPSON large-format printer and Spray booth
PHYSICAL DEMANDS - While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach above/below shoulder level.
- Occasionally required to lift/carry/push up to 40 lbs., repetitively use both hands/arms/shoulders, forward bending/stooping and light grasping and fine dexterity of both hands. Ability to participate in a team lift for any lifting necessary over 40 lbs.
