Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Explore the differences between Corporate and Operations HRBP roles, including shifting priorities and agile workforce strategy development 
  • Learn how to balance business needs with HR initiatives in dynamic environments 
  • Support Employer Branding by strengthening partnerships with Rowan County and expanding outreach to nearby regions 
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition by identifying new channels to attract and retain local talent, and executing site-specific talent strategies 
  • Assist in Learning & Development by creating training plans and delivering sessions for Operations Team Leaders on leadership, feedback, and communication 

What makes you a good fit

  • An undergraduate student graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029 or MBA student pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement strategies

Additional information

  • This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.  
  • Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.   
  • Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $25-$30/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
