Athena Medtech is partnering with a leading 420-bed Level II trauma center in Dothan, Alabama, to recruit an Interventional Cardiologist for their growing Cardiovascular Program. Join an established Interventional Cardiologist and a team of 6 Nurse Practitioners
Light general cardiology call, shared with 8 colleagues
Clinic conveniently attached to the hospital for seamless workflow
Comprehensive Cardiac Rehab program with pulmonary function services
Advanced Cath Lab with 3 dedicated reading rooms
56 total ICU beds , including a 14-bed CVICU/progressive care unit
Active Alabama medical license (MD/DO) with no restrictions
DEA certification
Board Certified in Cardiology (required for candidates >5 years post-residency)
Board Eligible in Cardiology (accepted for candidates within 1 5 years post-residency)
Comprehensive skill set in interventional cardiology techniques
Highly competitive base salary plus productivity bonus
