Job Fair Details:
Date: January 14th, 2026
Time: 2pm-4:30pm EST
Location: Indianapolis Public Library - East Washington Branch (2822 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46201)

Please Bring:
- Information to access your email (email address and password)
- Credit card to pay for substitute permit ($15.70) and background check ($28.85)
- 2 forms of acceptable ID for i9 proving eligibility to work in US
- Reference information

• 3 letters of recommendation (2 peer, one employment) or Name, email address and phone number for 3 references (2 peer, one employment)
• Proof of highest level of education (transcript, degree or diploma)

Responsibilities:

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Leading instruction in the classroom by conducting the teacher’s existing lesson plans
• Instructing students on classroom topics/courses
• Building positive relationships
• Assigning reasonable tasks and homework
• Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
• Build a classroom environment that’s conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students
• Adapt to the various learning styles of students
• For long-term assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
