Job Description

Leadership & Workplace Coach - C32A

This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Annual Salary: $85,000.00 

Job-related travel is occasional and a valid driver's license and car insurance are required.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree plus three years of professional level experience in human resource management or development;
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of professional or technical public sector human resources management experience for each year of the required education;
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting the possession of a master’s degree in public administration, human resources or a closely related field for one year of the required experience.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, group, and team coaching sessions in compliance with ICF core competences and code of ethics.
  • Develop and execute personalized coaching plans that align with individual and team goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions that promote skill development and team cohesion.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify coaching needs and design targeted programs to address them.
  • Monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, encouraging individuals to take ownership of their development.
  • Additional duties may include leadership training, curriculum development, answering employee questions, and other HR training-oriented duties as assigned.
* Preference may be given to applicants who possess certifications in coaching (e.g., ICF, ACTP) or relevant training program(s).
