Your Responsibilities:
🔹Complete maintenance work orders efficiently based on priority
🔹Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready tasks)
🔹Perform interior/exterior painting & staining
🔹Maintain HVAC systems (repair, troubleshooting)
🔹Keep property grounds clean and well-maintained
🔹Conduct routine preventative maintenance
🔹Keep the maintenance shop & work areas clean and organized
🔹Rotate on-call duties for emergency maintenance needs
What We’re Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent
✔ Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from work
✔ Ability to work Mon-Fri from 8AM to 5PM and On-Call 1 week, every other week✔ HVAC Certification Preferred
✔ EPA License Preferred
✔ Experience with Drywall, Painting & Carpentry
✔ Basic Electrical Knowledge (Outlets, Switches, Fixtures)
✔ Strong Problem-Solving & Customer Service Skills
✔ Effective Verbal & Written Communication
✔ Willingness to Complete Training Within 30 Days
