JOB TITLE: Marketing Intern for 2026
REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
LOCATION GY Properties Philadelphia PA on-site

POSITION SUMMARY

GY Properties is seeking a Marketing Intern to support a wide range of marketing initiatives across our portfolio of multifamily properties in Philadelphia and the greater Baltimore area. This is an exciting opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in real estate marketing from digital content creation and campaign coordination to promotional strategies and market research.

This internship is unpaid and is for Spring 2026 semester course credit with a 20-hour/week requirement. The candidate will report to the Philadelphia office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support general marketing efforts including campaign planning event promotion outreach and vendor coordination
• Create original content (photo video graphics) for digital platforms like Instagram TikTok and Facebook
• Assist with developing and maintaining marketing materials including flyers presentations and signage
• Conduct competitive market research and contribute to monthly performance reports
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for various campaigns
• Collaborate with property teams and local businesses to strengthen community engagement
• Stay up to date with marketing trends and propose new strategies relevant to multifamily real estate
• Help manage branding consistency across all properties and platforms

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Part-time opportunity: 20h/week
• Please submit a portfolio media kit or any example of work to
• Must be able to travel around Philadelphia and go to Maryland occasionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with creativity curiosity and the ability to engage a target audience
• Knowledge of Excel and basic reporting skills
• Creative design experience with Canva
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the highest level of integrity.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire and ability to learn quickly.
• Responsive and open to feedback and growth.

HOURS: Part-time opportunity: 20h/week

WORK LOCATION: Philadelphia PA 19123. Fully in-person role.
