Job Description

Symmetrio is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager position for our customer, a leading multi- national medical technology company. This candidate is responsible for driving marketing programs for software solutions. This role includes marketing planning and execution to guide the customer journey from awareness to advocacy. Key responsibilities include product launches, pricing strategies, positioning, marketing communications, lead generationand field support. Performance is measured based on product line success and customer engagement.

This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary of $140,000–$160,000, along with excellent benefits, generous PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a marketing plan with engagement programs to highlight the features and benefits of software solutions, ensuring a unified customer experience.
  • Gather and consolidate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights in collaboration with Sales, Business Development, and Service teams.
  • Conduct market segmentation and create tailored messaging by utilizing internal and external market intelligence sources.
  • Collaborate with product and portfolio management to influence roadmap development and accelerate time-to-market.
  • Execute product launches in North America in coordination with Global Marketing and Software Sales teams.
  • Provide thought leadership on competitive positioning, market development, and competitor activities.
  • Identify and cultivate customer champions for reference sites to showcase the impact of software solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for unbundled product sales and supporting campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends affecting product success.
  • Oversee trade show activities, messaging, and professional society meetings related to software products.
  • Implement sales promotions to enhance market share and adoption.
  • Support training programs for Sales staff and key stakeholders.
  • Uphold company values in all departmental activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant training preferred.
  • Knowledge of radiotherapy equipment, linear accelerators, and associated software solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record in driving profitability and growth in competitive markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic business mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global settings.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Commercial mindset to establish credibility with sales teams and management.
  • Experience leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
