MetroSys is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support enterprise networking initiatives across two high-value sites. This is an onsite role with travel required between locations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco ISE, Aruba wireless , and enterprise networking, with additional experience supporting Zoom Rooms and Poly video conferencing solutions .
The engineer will work directly under client direction, ensuring seamless operation and troubleshooting of networking and collaboration technologies.
Provide onsite support for enterprise network operations and troubleshooting.
Configure, administer, and support Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for Network Access Control (NAC).
Support Aruba wireless infrastructure , including wireless heat maps, coverage optimization, and dead-spot troubleshooting.
Assist with Zoom Room and Poly video endpoint integration and troubleshooting to ensure seamless collaboration experiences.
Collaborate with client teams, participate in onsite/remote meetings, and provide technical expertise for enterprise networking needs.
Ensure all work aligns with industry best practices, security standards, and client requirements.
Required Certifications: Demonstrated expertise in Cisco ISE and Aruba wireless .
Preferred Certifications: CCNA / CCNP (or equivalent networking certifications).
Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE NAC policies, authentication, and integration .
Strong background in enterprise networking (routing, switching, and wireless).
Proficiency with Aruba wireless deployments , including monitoring and optimization.
Familiarity with Zoom Room meeting technology and Poly video endpoints .
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to operate independently in client-directed environments.
Ability to travel regularly between two client sites.
