Job Description

Salary: $90k - $100k/yr.

Responsibilities:

• Design, automate, secure, and operate cloud networking for large enterprise workloads.
• Google Cloud Platform primary with AWS/Azure touchpoints.
• Own IaC (Terraform/Ansible/Python), traffic management (LB/API GW/HAProxy), hybrid connectivity (Interconnect, VPN, BGP), and guardrails (Palo Alto/Fortinet) with mature change control and monitoring.
• Build a scalable, automated cloud network foundation; reduce toil via IaC strengthen security posture and reliability for growing multi-cloud demand.

Qualifications:

• Google Cloud Platform networking (VPC, Cloud Router, Interconnect, Cloud NAT, FW rules), AWS (TGW, Direct Connect, PrivateLink), Azure (as needed), HAProxy, Palo Alto & Fortinet, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Datadog/LogicMonitor/Splunk/Catchpoint/Nagios, Git/CI.
• Google Cloud Platform networking at scale; VPC/subnet design; Cloud Router/BGP; Interconnect/VPN; Terraform modules/state/CI; HAProxy basics;
• API Gateway and cloud LBs; Palo Alto or Fortinet; TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS; production change management; hands-on troubleshooting with Datadog/LogicMonitor/Splunk.

Preferred skills:

• Clear communicator, designs with blast-radius awareness, ruthless prioritization, calm during incidents, documents decisions, collaborates with security/platform/app teams, mentors peers.
• Large-scale, high-availability environments (fintech, media, e-commerce, telco) preferred; not mandatory.

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90k - $100k/yr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select.
