Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively reaches out to credit union members and assists them with their needs. Originates and helps with both consumer and home equity loan products. Demonstrates a highly motivated, positive, outgoing, influential personality with a strong emphasis on sales and results orientation to ensure the credit union maximizes lending and sales. Consistently demonstrates the ability to think independently, outside the box, by effectively responding to each individual member’s unique situation. Commands a thorough knowledge of the lending process from application to closing to ensure maximum funding rates. Demonstrates an unsurpassed commitment to exceptional member service and teamwork that ensures a positive member experience with each encounter. Is fully knowledgeable of all credit union products and services and is able to confidently offer appropriate solutions to fit member needs. Works with others to obtain additional information. Ensures all credit union and government standards are being met at all times. This job description is not an exhaustive list of all job duties. Other duties may be assigned at any time.
