Overview:

Carle Health is seeking additional CRNAs to join our team of over 60 CRNAs at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details:

• These positions will support our ASCs (Champaign & Danville) and Endoscopy Center opening in 2026
• M-F opportunity; no call, weekends or holidays
• CRNAs are very autonomously while still collaborating with anesthesiologists
• Comprehensive benefits package that includes 5.4-6.4 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, a floating holiday, access to sick bank time, a week off for CME, annual CME allowance, malpractice insurance, retirement matching, and annual bonus

Education Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois CRNA license

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $288,205 - $312,208. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
