We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our production operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our content, training materials, and educational resources are produced to the highest quality standards. The Production Assistant will collaborate with internal teams, maintain smooth workflows, and assist in coordinating all aspects of production.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day production tasks, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations.
Assist in organizing, preparing, and coordinating production materials, equipment, and resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the production process.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project files.
Assist in quality control checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in all deliverables.
Help troubleshoot production issues and contribute to efficient problem-solving.
Ensure workspaces and production areas remain organized and well-maintained.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new processes.
Basic understanding of production workflows is a plus, but not required.
Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
