Horizon Federal Credit Union has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced lender to manage and grow the Real Estate Lending division. If you are interested in joining an innovative organization led by a dynamic leadership team, this is the role for you! 

Reporting to the Director of Lending, this individual will serve as the ambassador of the credit union brand, while leading, motivating, and continuously developing the lending staff to ensure the needs of the members, departments, and the Credit Union's goals are continually met based upon the business initiatives set by the organization.

The Manager will take ownership to ensure an exceptional member experience for borrowers; build and cultivate strong working relationships with realtors, title companies, attorneys, and other outside professionals. This individual will bring outstanding leadership abilities to mentor and develop their team while promoting a department culture in which the team is engaged, knowledgeable, and member-focused.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a concentration in business, marketing, or finance, with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in progressive leadership within a financial or lending institution. Experience in a successful retail sales environment, with a proven sales management track record and demonstrated passion for exceptional service, is required for this role.
