Responsibilities:
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, working directly with clients, and learning the ins and outs of residential transactions.
What We Offer • Leads Provided : Our established team generates a strong flow of commercial leads in York and Durham Region, Scarborough, and North York.
• Commission Split : Earn competitive commissions with full administrative and marketing support.
• Full Admin Support : Our team’s dedicated administrative staff handles all the paperwork, so you can focus on serving clients and closing deals.
• Mentoring & Coaching : Receive hands-on mentorship and guidance in commercial real estate from experienced agents to help you grow your knowledge and skills.
• Flexible Work : Work remotely with occasional office meetings. No need to work on-site unless desired.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For • Experience : Minimum 2 years of real estate experience preferred. A passion for expanding into commercial real estate is a must.
• Commitment to Learning : While formal training isn’t required, we’re looking for someone who is motivated to learn and grow with our support.
• Self-Starter : You’ll need to be proactive in managing leads and clients while working independently.
