Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles and their features
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance packages
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts
- Knowledge of inventory control processes in a dealership setting
- Ability to provide sales support to team members when needed
