About the Role: As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you are the first point of contact for every guest—and you play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience. You’ll be the face of our center, managing the flow of guests and appointments, answering questions, and promoting services and retail products. Through our proven training program, you'll gain valuable customer service and sales experience, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
