Regeneron Pharmaceutical's Analytical Chemistry Group, located in Tarrytown, NY is seeking an energetic Sr. Scientist . In this exciting role, you will work in a state-of-the-art mass spectrometry lab and provide analytical and biochemical characterization of therapeutic protein drug candidates to support all stages of drug development, from early-stage candidate selections to late-stage regulatory submissions. This role will also have opportunities to develop innovative mass spectrometry related technologies to support Regeneron R&D programs in the context of multidisciplinary project teams.
To be considered you must have a PhD degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field. Proficiency in performing cell-based assays is required for this role, with strong preference given to those with hands-on experience working with primary cells and associated techniques. Extensive experience with advanced mass spectrometers (Orbitrap, Q-TOF, Triple Quadrupole, etc.), liquid chromatography, and data processing software (Proteome Discoverer, Skyline, Protein Metrics, MaxQuant, etc.) is desired. To be successful in this role, candidates must be detailed, diligent, highly efficient, and capable of collaborating within a team and with external partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to this position.
