The Talent Strategy Senior Specialist partners with the Director of Talent Strategy to support organization-wide initiatives focused on career pathing, job descriptions, title alignment, and job architecture. This role helps ensure the company’s talent framework is consistent, transparent, and supports career growth across the enterprise.
