The Three Pillars of Rubicon

Skill Development

This focus area includes counselling, training, placement, mentoring, and post-placement support for underserved communities, facilitated by expert faculties, in collaboration with partners and employers leveraging the power of technology-driven platforms and a robust governance framework. This comprehensive approach ensures in social mobility of our beneficiaries and their families

Health Care

Under this pillar, we focus on women's health along with supporting other initiatives like - organising health education workshops, health screening camps, first-aid training, mental health counselling, blood donation drives, and other wellness programs in collaboration with medical professionals, local hospitals, government. bodies, and other enabling partners, so our beneficiaries can afford necessary medical treatment without facing significant financial hardship. We also facilitate access to health insurance services for LGBTQ+ communities

Environment

This pillar is dedicated to organizing community clean-up events, implementing environmental education programs, and coordinating tree-planting initiatives centered around our community centres in collaboration with local bodies, community volunteers, and corporate volunteers. These efforts are all geared towards fostering environmental stewardship and promoting sustainability

Brigadier Hitesh Pal Singh

Brigadier Hitesh Pal Singh served in the Indian Army for more than 30 years before he turned an entrepreneur. He is a doctorate in Defence Studies from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidalya, Indore and MSc in Defence Studies from Madras University.
During his stint in the Army he served in Siachen apart from being posted along both China and Pakistan border. He commanded a regiment close to Pakistan border during Kargil War. He was at the center of action of operations undertaken by the regiment he was commanding, for eg. Khanna Train Accident in 1998 and Gujarat earthquake in 2001

Lt Gen P G Kamath

Trustee

Lt Gen P G Kamath served in the Indian Army for close to 40 years. He is a doctorate in Defence Studies from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidalya, Indore and MSc in Defence Studies from Madras University.
He is a highly decorated officer, the General has been the proud recipient of the Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM), Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM), Yudh Seva Medal (YSM) and the Sena Medal (SM). He has commanded an infantry brigade during ‘OP PARAKRAM’. In his last assignment he was Commandant Army War College, Mhow.

Pravir Kumar

Pravir Kumar is an alumnus of National Institute of Technology, Trichy. He has more than 10 years of corporate experience and another 10 years of experience in the social space. Since last 10 years he is actively working in the social sector and has conceptualized and implemented social projects for Google, HP, Infosys Foundation WNS Foundation, Genpact, Thomson Reuters, Capgemini, Government of India among others

Dhanya Narayanan

Chairperson

Dhanya Narayanan has over 2 decades of outsourcing industry and social sector. Apart from working with corporates, she has worked with the Government of India as well as State Governments on their social projects and curriculum development.
What brought her to the social sector and the learning space was her curiosity about people and their behavioural patterns. She believes most problems in this World can be addressed through training, mentoring and counselling.
Since last 10 years she has been actively working in the social sector impacting the lives of more than one million people. She is keen to use her skills and capabilities for the upliftment of the underserved sections of the society.

ASHOK RATHOD

Trustee
Ashok Rathod has called Pune his home for the past two years after having spent several decades abroad. He is rooted in Rajasthan and belong to a close-knit Marwari Jain community in Pune and in Mumbai. He had pioneered a continuing version of Youth Toastmasters under the auspices of Toastmasters International. Professionally, He went on to earn seven degrees (B.Com, ACA, AICWA, ACS, MBA, CPA, CMT) & started his career in Mumbai and later became head of a Family Oꢀce in New York managing $20 billion and continued in that position for 15 years. He is member of Rotary Club.

Smt. Gayatri Devi is a social worker who has been working in Delhi since last several decades. She grew up in a small village in Uttar Pradesh and then shifted to Delhi post her marriage. Welfare of downtrodden sections of the society has been very close to her heart. She has been actively working in the Budh Vihar area of New Delhi
