Partnership Opportunities:
We welcome you to join us in our mission whether you are an NGO Organisation, educational institution, government agency, or community group. We are always looking to partner with Organisation and individuals who share our vision and values.
Corporate Social Responsibility:
We seek active CSR partnerships with corporations whose company values and goals align with ours. We can together create shared value by investing in the skill development of beneficiaries and engaging in social impact projects for community development, ultimately fostering social mobility among our target beneficiaries.
Community Engagements:
We invite Financial Institutions to help us facilitate access to financial services such as microcredit, savings accounts, and insurance for SHG members. We work with financial institutions to establish partnerships or create special programs tailored to the needs of SHGs, enabling them to access capital for business expansion or emergencies.
“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.”
Helen Keller
In collaboration with educational institutions, we embark on a journey of understanding and empowerment. We take the time to know the beneficiaries and dive deep into their aspirations and dreams. We create custom programmes that match the changing needs of the market, like a tailor crafting a perfect fit. We proudly collaborate with over 2000+ colleges across India, offering valuable training programmes.
One such college is Sr. Arts Mahila Mahavidyalaya. Dr. Ishwar J Patil, the principal, is thrilled with the changes, saying “After this program, several employers, including many from IT, expressed interest in hiring our students, leading to over 20% more students being placed in 2022-2023. Group discussions and interviews played a huge role in improving students’ communication skills and confidence. It’s heartening to see how partnerships like these can make a real difference in students’ lives.”
Rubicon Foundation forges strong partnerships with local groups to uplift communities through skill development. We actively collaborate with diverse organisations to create positive change. Together, we work towards empowering individuals and fostering community well-being.
Our local body connections support us by offering access to their infrastructure, obtaining essential permits, aiding in mobilisation efforts, and connecting us with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, helps raise awareness, provides access to facilities, and keeps us informed about government initiatives.
We work with Zilla Parishads in different cities to get resources. One of our many successes is partnering with the Bombay Municipal Corporation, allowing us to use a school in Dharavi for skill sessions for NEET youth. Our collaboration with the government also helps us access Anganwadis – In Chaura Sahadatpur, Noida, a small effort of ours in partnership with local Angadwadis, helped repair their classrooms. This made the place safer for children and effectively addressed issues caused by rodents.
By collaborating, we understand the needs of the community and create personalised programmes. We have teamed up with local NGOs like the Jai Ho Foundation in Chhindwara, where we train tribal communities on soft skills and digital literacy, which helped them secure jobs in the healthcare sector. With the support of Samarpan NGO in Jharkhand, we could reach undeveloped areas and help communities with essential life skills that helped them establish their own beauty and tailoring services.
In areas like Kanaginagar, in Chennai, we join forces with organisations like Case Foundation and PENN NGO to empower women. We also work with the Udaan Foundation, which focuses on issues of sexual health within the homosexual and transgender communities to help them overcome various challenges.
“We teamed up with skilled trainers to empower mostly girls, enhancing their personality skills. Our goal was to bridge the gap between their current abilities and future opportunities. Through this collaboration, 90+ students received valuable training, experiencing a positive transformation. We want to continue this journey of transformation and impact with Rubicon Foundation” – Tarun Tiwari, Jai Ho Foundation
Our partners are the strong pillars supporting accessible education for everyone.
For instance, we joined hands with GetSetUp, which is on a mission to help a third of the world’s population who are over 55 to learn new skills, connect with others, and unlock new life experiences. Their classes cover digital literacy, basic technology, content creation, changing skills landscape, and job-seeking in the digital world.
Dhanya Narayanan, Chairperson of Rubicon Foundation, emphasises our mission to include older adults for social goals. Deval Delivala, Co-Founder & SVP of GetSetUp, shares the aim of empowering older adults with skills and opportunities.
