Are you an MBA student ready to pioneer the future of retail and lead multi-million dollar business decisions that will transform how millions of customers shop?

Amazon's MBA Leadership Development Program (MLDP) within North America Stores (NAS) is your gateway to retail leadership excellence. Through strategic rotations in Vendor Management, Product Management, and Supply Chain Management, you'll own multi-million-dollar businesses while developing crucial leadership skills. This isn't just a program – it's a transformative journey where you'll tackle complex challenges, implement innovative solutions, and make decisions that directly impact Amazon's long-term success. With executive mentorship and hands-on experience, you'll evolve from an MBA graduate into a retail leader who shapes the future of one of the world's most innovative companies.

The program's structure provides unique exposure to various facets of Amazon's retail operations. As a Senior Vendor Manager, you'll drive P&L ownership through strategic vendor negotiations and implement growth and profit strategies. In the Senior Product Manager role, you'll create product roadmaps, launch plans, and develop crucial leadership influence skills. The Senior Supply Chain Manager rotation empowers you to own buying strategies, optimize supply chain initiatives, and align cross-functional strategies with Amazon's core objectives. Through the program you'll balance immediate operational demands with long-term strategic objectives, driving efficiency while managing risk. Your responsibilities will include enhancing category resilience, aligning vendor strategies with company goals, and leveraging market insights to maintain product relevance. The position demands strategic thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Throughout your journey, you'll engage directly with senior leadership, gaining invaluable insights into strategic decision-making and long-term business planning. This exposure bridges theoretical knowledge with practical application, providing a comprehensive understanding of large-scale retail operations. After your first year, you'll receive dedicated support for rotation preparation, including career planning, interview preparation, and networking opportunities, all backed by one-on-one consultations and insights from program alumni.

Join Amazon's MBA Leadership Development Program to launch your career trajectory in retail leadership. If you're ready to make decisions that impact millions of customers and shape the future of retail, this is your opportunity to leave an indelible mark on one of the world's most innovative companies.
