Job Description

Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician – Established Houston Company | Up to $100K DOE

Location: Centrally Located – Houston, TX
Salary: DOE (Potential to Earn $100K+)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

Our client, a long-established and rapidly growing company in the heart of Houston, is seeking a motivated Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician to join their skilled team. This is a rare opportunity to grow your career within a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and long-term professional development.

Whether you’re early in your electrical career or already an experienced journeyman looking to step into larger commercial and specialty projects, this position offers stable year-round work, excellent growth potential, and the support of an experienced leadership team.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in and perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and industrial projects.

  • Work safely and efficiently on job sites — sometimes at heights or elevated locations (not for the faint of heart!).

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.

  • Collaborate with a professional team that values reliability, attention to detail, and pride in their work.

What We’re Looking For
  • Apprentice or Journeyman license (active in Texas).

  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

  • Comfort with climbing, heights, and physically demanding tasks.

  • Desire to grow toward becoming a Master Electrician — mentorship available!

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Why Join This Team
  • Competitive pay structure — DOE, with earning potential up to $100K.

  • Centrally located with projects across Greater Houston.

  • Opportunities for advancement and ongoing professional development.

  • Supportive, family-style company culture that’s built a reputation for excellence over decades in business.
