We are seeking a Shop and   Road Mechanic to join our Baltimore team and provide service to various types of industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers throughout the greater metro area. You will be the point person for our most important customers (which is to say, all of them), so the ability to work, think, and operate independently is a must.  Proprietary manufacturer repair training is provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect, diagnose, and service industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers (diesel, electric, or LP fueled).
• Identify potential technical problems and determine required repairs.
• Maintain equipment service records.
• Conduct regular PM checks onsite at customer locations and in the shop
• Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to guarantee proper performance and compliance with manufacturers’ specifications.

• Have IC experience.
• Have an aptitude for electrical systems.
• Have some prior mechanical and technical experience.
• Be a safe driver with a clean driving record.
• Be able to pass preemployment physical exam, background check, and drug screen.
