SNOW OPERATOR (Seasonal) Year-Round Tech Position Also Available!

 
Exscape Designs, a premiere Cleveland landscape design firm, invites you to join their team of seasonal snow operators providing commercial clients across Northeast Ohio snow removal services.

You will be responsible for snow removal duties utilizing the following equipment:·

• Front End Wheel Loader
• Skid Steer
• Tractor
• Sidewalk Machine (ATV, RTV etc.)
• Plow Truck
• Salt Truck

Additional requirements and responsibilities for this position:

• Knowledge of assigned accounts, requirements, and Snow Response Plans
• Ensure assigned equipment is well maintained and ready to go prior to and after event
• Follow communication protocol with Area Manager
• Notification of any changes or potential adjustments needed during event
• Monitors estimated plow frequency hours per account to keep within those hours
• Post-storm follow up actions including clean-ups and on site-inventory management
• Notifies Area Manager for equipment repairs and service needs
• Records and turns in all required documents including time sheets and material reports
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 80 pounds
• Ability to crouch, kneel, reach, stoop, bend, walk, etc. repeatedly in winter conditions
• Must be able to sit in a vehicle for long periods of time
• Be on-call and have a flexible work schedule throughout the day, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in the winter outdoor inclement elements including, but not limited to extreme cold, snow, wind, ice and rain
• 1-3 years of experience operating the above equipment
• Valid driver’s license (motor vehicle operators)
• Must be insurable
• Subject to background check
• Reliable transportation required
