Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Systems Engineer for Our client located in  Pittsfield, MA.

• As a Systems Engineer on the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program, you'll be part of a cross-functional engineering team delivering hardware, software, and systems solutions.
• Test & Integration Engineering: hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing.
• Requirements Engineering: documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): system modeling, simulations, and design analysis.
• Hardware-Systems Engineering: design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Master's Degree.
• Agile experience.
• Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards.
• Clear understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to grasp and new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
