At Rubicon Foundation we believe volunteers bring diverse expertise, perspectives, and experiences to our organisation, enriching the work we aim to do and the impact we envisage. Online Sessions:
  • Engage in virtual mentoring sessions to provide guidance and support to individuals from various backgrounds, fostering skill development from the comfort of their homes.
    • Face-to-Face Sessions:
  • Participate in in-person mentoring sessions to connect directly with individuals, offering personalised guidance for skill enhancement.

    • Healthcare

    Palliative Care:
  • Provide comfort and companionship to individuals facing serious illnesses.
    • Old Age Homes:
  • Bring joy and support to seniors in old age homes, fostering a sense of community.
    • Blood Donation Camps & Volunteer as Doctors:
  • Contribute to life-saving efforts by donating blood and offering medical expertise at our camps.
    • Women's Health Initiatives:
  • Support women's health through hygiene and sanitary pad distribution, and raise awareness about HPV vaccination.

    Beach Cleaning:

    In this session, students have the valuable opportunity to connect and engage with experienced corporate leaders and fellow team members. These corporate professionals are on hand to answer questions, provide guidance, and generously share their own career journeys, which frequently include stories of overcoming challenges. These interactions are instrumental in fostering the students' personal growth and instilling confidence in their own career paths, knowing that even these accomplished professionals began their journeys with their fair share of obstacles.

    Resume Drafting & Interview Planning

    During these sessions, students receive guidance on crafting an effective resume, including the presentation of their personal information, educational background, and skillsets. The aim of resume preparation is to introduce a uniform format and address questions, as well as engage in discussions about interview planning and execution.

    Financial Literacy

    This session helps students understand financial concepts better and enables them to manage their finances efficiently. Furthermore, it helps in effective money management, making financial decisions, and achieving financial stability.

    Digital Literacy

    Digital literacy means having the skills you need to live, learn, and work in a society where communication and access to information are increasingly through digital technologies like internet platforms, social media, and mobile devices. This session helps students to learn how to find, evaluate, use, and create digital content in meaningful ways.
