Partnership Opportunities:
We welcome you to join us in our mission whether you are an NGO organisation, educational institution, government agency, or community group. We are always looking to partner with organisations and individuals who share our vision and values.
Corporate Social Responsibility:
We seek active CSR partnerships with corporations whose company values and goals align with ours. We can together create shared value by investing in the skill development of beneficiaries and engaging in social impact projects for community development, ultimately fostering social mobility among our target beneficiaries.
Community Engagements:
We invite Financial Institutions to help us facilitate access to financial services such as microcredit, savings accounts, and insurance for SHG members. We work with financial institutions to establish partnerships or create special programs tailored to the needs of SHGs, enabling them to access capital for business expansion or emergencies.

This program is led by experienced and professional trainers passionate about helping students succeed. Through this program, students will develop various skills, including communication, critical thinking, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership.
What sets our program apart is the emphasis we place on experiential learning. We believe students learn best when they can apply their knowledge in real-world situations. That’s why our program includes numerous sessions that provide students with hands-on experience and practical knowledge.
Our LifeSkills Training Program is designed to build student’s overall personality and equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed personally and professionally. We are committed to ensuring that every student who completes this program is equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
One such college is Sr. Arts Mahila Mahavidyalaya. Dr. Ishwar J Patil, the principal, is thrilled with the changes, saying “After this program, several employers, including many from IT, expressed interest in hiring our students, leading to over 20% more students being placed in 2022-2023. Group discussions and interviews played a huge role in improving students’ communication skills and confidence. It’s heartening to see how partnerships like these can make a real difference in students’ lives.”
In areas like Kanaginagar, in Chennai, we join forces with organisations like Case Foundation and PENN NGO to empower women. We also work with the Udaan Foundation, which focuses on issues of sexual health within the homosexual and transgender communities to help them overcome various challenges.
“We teamed up with skilled trainers to empower mostly girls, enhancing their personality skills. Our goal was to bridge the gap between their current abilities and future opportunities. Through this collaboration, 90+ students received valuable training, experiencing a positive transformation. We want to continue this journey of transformation and impact with Rubicon Foundation” – Tarun Tiwari, Jai Ho Foundation
