Join Rubicon Foundation for meaningful change through partnerships and collective action.

We understand the strength of collaboration in driving positive and sustainable change. By partnering with like-minded entities, we are able to amplify our efforts and leverage the reach of our partners. Our strategic partnerships help us amplify our reach and impact. Our focus is on helping students understand the world better, set goals, and bridge any skill gaps they might have. Our partners are key players in expanding the reach of our initiatives.

Partnership Opportunities:
We welcome you to join us in our mission whether you are an NGO organisation, educational institution, government agency, or community group. We are always looking to partner with organisations and individuals who share our vision and values.

Corporate Social Responsibility:
We seek active CSR partnerships with corporations whose company values and goals align with ours. We can together create shared value by investing in the skill development of beneficiaries and engaging in social impact projects for community development, ultimately fostering social mobility among our target beneficiaries.

Community Engagements:
We invite Financial Institutions to help us facilitate access to financial services such as microcredit, savings accounts, and insurance for SHG members. We work with financial institutions to establish partnerships or create special programs tailored to the needs of SHGs, enabling them to access capital for business expansion or emergencies.

“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.”

Our Partner Barclays

Rubicon Foundation partners with Barclays India for a very noble cause: skilling the youth of India with soft skills and life skills so that they are prepared to face the corporate world and not feel overwhelmed.

This partnership blooms in several folds.

The Barclays LifeSkills Training Program

The LifeSkills Training Program is our flagship initiative with Barclays, designed to provide underprivileged students with a comprehensive skill development center and prepare them for the corporate world.
This training program was conceptualized by Barclays and the Rubicon Foundation and put into practice by the Rubicon Foundation. Soft skills training is regularly imparted to students of more than 5,000 colleges nationwide. The duration of this training program ranges from 3 days to 9 days, depending on the college or university’s requirements. Our highly talented trainers conduct fantastic and interactive sessions for students and help them understand and prepare for their careers.

This program is led by experienced and professional trainers passionate about helping students succeed. Through this program, students will develop various skills, including communication, critical thinking, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and leadership.
What sets our program apart is the emphasis we place on experiential learning. We believe students learn best when they can apply their knowledge in real-world situations. That’s why our program includes numerous sessions that provide students with hands-on experience and practical knowledge.

Our LifeSkills Training Program is designed to build student’s overall personality and equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed personally and professionally. We are committed to ensuring that every student who completes this program is equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

One such college is Sr. Arts Mahila Mahavidyalaya. Dr. Ishwar J Patil, the principal, is thrilled with the changes, saying After this program, several employers, including many from IT, expressed interest in hiring our students, leading to over 20% more students being placed in 2022-2023. Active Collaborations

Rubicon Foundation forges strong partnerships with local groups to uplift communities through skill development. We actively collaborate with diverse organizations to create positive change. Together, we work towards empowering individuals and fostering community well-being.

Placement Partners

These partners often make access to the network of prospective employers and industry associations convenient. These networks provide valuable opportunities for employment and internships to our beneficiaries. We teamed up with Apna, a job platform, to help more people find jobs. This partnership means we can connect with more employers, giving more job choices. Working together with Apna, we want to offer better job options for people, helping them move up in life.

Government Agencies

Our local body connections support us by offering access to their infrastructure, obtaining essential permits, aiding in mobilization efforts, and connecting us with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, helps raise awareness, provides access to facilities, and keeps us informed about government initiatives. We work with Zilla Parishads in different cities to get resources. One of our many successes is partnering with the Bombay Municipal Corporation, allowing us to use a school in Dharavi for skill sessions for NEET youth. Our collaboration with the government also helps us access Anganwadis – In Chaura Sahadatpur, Noida, a small effort of ours in partnership with local Angadwadis, helped repair their classrooms. This made the place safer for children and effectively addressed issues caused by rodents.

Grassroot NGOs

By collaborating, we understand the needs of the community and create personalized programs. We have teamed up with local NGOs like the Jai Ho Foundation in Chhindwara, where we train tribal communities on soft skills and digital literacy, which helped them secure jobs in the healthcare sector. With the support of Samarpan NGO in Jharkhand, we could reach undeveloped areas and help communities with essential life skills that helped them establish their own beauty and tailoring services.

In areas like Kanaginagar, in Chennai, we join forces with organisations like Case Foundation and PENN NGO to empower women. We also work with the Udaan Foundation, which focuses on issues of sexual health within the homosexual and transgender communities to help them overcome various challenges.

We teamed up with skilled trainers to empower mostly girls, enhancing their personality skills. Our goal was to bridge the gap between their current abilities and future opportunities. Through this collaboration, 90+ students received valuable training, experiencing a positive transformation. We want to continue this journey of transformation and impact with Rubicon Foundation” – Tarun Tiwari, Jai Ho Foundation

Implementation Partners

Our partners are the strong pillars supporting accessible education for everyone. For instance, we joined hands with GetSetUp, which is on a mission to help a third of the world’s population who are over 55 to learn new skills, connect with others, and unlock new life experiences. Their classes cover digital literacy, basic technology, content creation, changing skills landscape, and job-seeking in the digital world. Dhanya Narayanan, Chairperson of Rubicon Foundation, emphasizes our mission to include older adults for social goals. Deval Delivala, Co-Founder & SVP of GetSetUp, shares the aim of empowering older adults with skills and opportunities.
