  • Do you care deeply about literacy instruction for children but feel constrained by conventional teaching frameworks that limit advanced learners?

At GT.School, you will guide K-2 students through years of reading advancement in significantly compressed timeframes using adaptive technology, enthusiastic coaching, and no standard curriculum at one of the world's most forward-thinking schools.

This is not a traditional teaching position. It is a coaching opportunity where you support gifted children in accelerating 5-10x through adaptive software and motivational techniques, not through lesson planning or classroom management. Georgetown provides outstanding quality of life just 30 minutes north of Austin with more affordable living costs, family-oriented, walkable community with excellent parks and trails.

Guide learning. Champion reading. Apply now.

    • Leverage storytelling and interactive approaches to accelerate learning 5-10x beyond conventional benchmarks
    • Evaluate student advancement and adjust workshops in real-time to address each cohort's needs
    • Provide one-on-one and small group coaching to produce measurable progress in adaptive reading and writing applications

    • Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
    • Minimum 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
    • Experience working with gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
    • Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and student performance data
    • Compelling classroom presence with ability to engage young learners through voice, storytelling, and energy
    • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
